The VLX floor scale is fully electronic, portable and low-profile...ideal for freight consolidators, forwarders, small processing plants, resellers, shipping and receiving departments and startup businesses.  Its low-profile design minimizes operator effort when loading the scale platform.  Installation is easy...no service visit is required when you choose the precalibration option. Units are completely self-contained.

VLX floor scales meet the demanding requirements of shipping and receiving docks. Load cells are protected from side-impact damage. A safety-tread deck minimizes the risk of slipping. As an option, VLX floor scales can be supplied with a HAWK terminal precalibrated at the factory.

Scale capacities are available from 1,000 lb. to 5,000 lb. Choose from multiple platform sizes.  Construction is mild steel with a two-part, epoxy-painted safety tread plate, which provides a safe, non-slip surface.

EZ-LIFT™ floor scales help to maintain sanitation in washdown areas where scale profile needs to be kept to a minimum. Ideal for food processing, chemical, and pharmaceutical applications. EZ-LIFT™ floor scales deliver high-performance weighing for harsh environments. Heavy-duty, gas-pressurized lifting struts allow the operator to lift the load plate platform effortlessly. Cleaning can be performed quickly, and the scale can be placed back in service without recalibration. EZ-LIFT™ floor scales are available in 3' x 3' (914 mm x 914 mm) to 5' x 5' (1,524 mm x 1,524 mm) sizes and 1,000-pound, 2,500-pound, and 5,000-pound capacities.

LIFTMATE™ floor scales are available in 40,000-pound and 60,000-pound capacities for heavy-duty industrial use. They are ideal for weighing steel coils and heavy freight with large forklifts. The scale platform can be fitted with an optional coil cradle. Rugged carbon steel construction with heavy-duty I-beams supporting the platform. Can be mounted above floor or in a pit. Rocker pin suspension automatically centers the scale platform for accurate weighing of every load. Standard sizes: 5 ft x 5 ft (1,524 mm x 1,524 mm) to 8 ft x 10 ft (2,438 mm x 3,048 mm).
