Load Ranger Wheel Weighers
|
The Load Ranger is
specifically designed for mobile weight enforcement and inspection. Each
unit is constructed of heavy duty cast aluminum for a high
strength-to-weight ratio. Extremely lightweight and compact, the Load Ranger
allows weight inspection to be set up within minutes. For ease of access and
portability, the Load Ranger can be stowed in the trunk of an automobile.
Each weigh pad is sealed from environmental
influences and provides 10 tons of loading capacity. Integral loading ramps
and a nonskid base provide safe and easy vehicle loading on virtually any
type of surface including dirt, concrete, asphalt or gravel.
Load Ranger's self-contained digital display
provides easy operator viewing of weights to the nearest 20 or 50 pound
increments at an accuracy of 1.0%. Push-button controls for On/Off and Zero
make operation simple with continuous use up to 40 hours. An external
battery charger (110/230 VAC and 12 VDC) is provided to recharge batteries
conventionally or from vehicle power.
The Load Ranger is tested and approved to
NTEP Class IV standards.

Intercomp's low profile, portable axle scale
gives you the accuracy to weigh most any over the road vehicle. Its ultra
lightweight design (only 400 lbs. per platform) makes this portable scale
easy to set up. Each scale system comes complete with high strength aluminum
ramps and Intercomp's PT20 Axle Weigher indicator. This digital battery
operated indicator has a built-in charger, printer, jumbo sized display,
memory and numerous other standard features.

the foundation in the morning, and have a finished concrete deck poured by
evening! The SURVIVOR EZ vehicle scales
feature a low-profile 12.5-inch-thick steel and concrete weighbridge, and an
up to 14-foot wide loading area for greater safety and faster processing
during peak usage times.
Incorporating a unique steel/concrete weighbridge
assembly, SURVIVOR EZ vehicle scales maintain Legal-for-Trade accuracy even
with a 90,000 lb. concentrated load in mid span of the weighbridge. Under
legal highway loads, the SURVIVOR EZ weighbridge deflects less than 1:850.
Less deflection means less cumulative metal fatigue and much longer life
cycles.
The low-profile SURVIVOR EZ scales pack years of
dependable performance into a rugged package and are backed by a ten-year
limited warranty and a two-year load cell warranty.
