Stretch Wrap  

The Model 661 Handwrap Station is economical and easy to use. The Model 661 can be used alone or as part of a semi-automatic weighing and wrapping system with the Model 623 Belt Sealer and Model 706 Autolabeler.

You can easily integrate the 662 Step-Saver into your semi-automatic system.  It mounts conveniently and lets you hand wrap the occasional package that can't be wrapped in the SOLO wrapper.  The 662 holds two or three rolls of film, up to 20" wide.  For added convenience you can add optional stainless steel platter shelves.

 The 705 Auto-Labeler automatically indexes and positions trays for weight/price labels.  Packages are conveyed one at a time onto the integrated 8270 Prepack Scale and then to a labeling position for applying the price label.

The Model 706 Autolabeler is an in-line labeler that automatically indexes weighs, and applies both price and DayGlo labels to wrapped packages.

The SOLO® Plus Automatic Wrapper is designed to wrap smaller trays up to 9s and 12 size trays with one roll of 11´ film. Compact design requires only 22 square feet when used with the Model 705 or 706 automatic labeler.

The SOLO® XL Automatic Wrapper uses one roll of 13´ film to wrap small and large trays including the 25, 7, and 10´x14´ family pack trays. The compact design requires only 25 square feet of space with the Model 705 or Model 706 Autolabeler.

The SOLO® XL Combo Automatic Wrapping and Labeling System has an integrated scale and printer/applicator for a small footprint.

The Prima wrapper makes work easier and more productive for your backroom operators. And, with a footprint comparable to a handwrap station, it can be placed even in your smallest meat rooms and other production areas.

Part of the patented SOLO® line, the Prima wrapper handles a variety of tray sizes with a single roll of 11´ film at up to 12 packages per minute ... weighed, wrapped, and labeled!

The SOLO® MEGA Automatic Wrapper is ideally suited to high volume wrapping applications with speeds up to 33 packs per minute ... and no changeover time or selection is required between different tray sizes. The SOLO® MEGA uses a single 11 inch roll of stretch film to wrap a large range of tray sizes.

The SOLO® MAX Automatic Wrapper is designed for high volume wrapping applications with speeds up to 30 packs per minute.

The Exact Workhorse® Automatic Wrapper is ideally suited to high volume wrapping for in-store or central-pack applications with a speed of 30 packs per minute. The Workhorse® wrapper offers an unbeatable system for durability, speed, and reliability.

Shrink Wrap

The JUNIOR 2000, a compact machine with excellent performance and suitable for companies requiring low/medium production. JUNIOR 2000, although economically priced, retains many features from the Minipack machines already on the market, including, six working programs, electronic control the sealing system and shrink delay for use on sensitive films. Also, newly available, a wipe clean interior for the machine, which gives better hygiene qualities required in pharmaceutical and food industries.

Vision 600 is the new L-sealer machine equipped with an "intelligent" tunnel: it works only when products are passing through; it is transparent to allow a steady control throughout any packaging phase; it requires low power (only 0,5 kw/h in standby and 1,8 when working); it's incorporated in the machine's integral structure. Furthermore, products are no longer stopped during the shrink-wrapping phase, so as to reduce packaging time and simultaneously increase output. The machine works with all kinds of film (both with PVC-basis and polyolefene).

A range of packaging machines granting highest reliability and performances thanks to automation procedures such as: hood lowering with security device sealing, shrinking and product ejection. Automatic facilities dramatically improve working performance: motor-driven transport belt inside the hood and idle roll at the exit, hood automation stop during sealing and shrinking operation, adjustable working surface, heating chamber temperature set through an electronic regulator, heaters equipped with feeler. A patented system for the automatic control of sealing time as well as the choice of working position (sealing only or sealing + shrinking) assure a great handiness.

This model is the culmination of years of experience and knowledge gained by Minipack in its aim at optimizing and improving airflow in its chamber machines. The model is governed by a fully advanced electronic system, which automatically controls sealing time to avoid fumes caused by sealing blade overheating. The new worldwide patented ventilation system placed on machine rear allows a steady temperature without overheating. Easy wipe clean due to absence of motors, of fans and felt on chamber bottom. Greater efficiency with different kinds of film; sealing and shrinking are done at the same time, values are shown on the display. 20% power saving thanks to such technological innovations.

The Minipack shrink system allows corrugated bakery trays to be sealed with fresh product in a highly visible and attractive 'home baked' format with a full stackable display. Ideal for home bakeries, in store bakery units and sandwich shops for both display and fresh deliveries, they provide tamper protection, are environmentally friendly and replace expensive clamshell packages.
