BIRO's Model 11, 10" Power Cutter is equipped with a 1 1/2 HP motor and toggle switch as standard. High impact resistant powder coated base, head and door structures are standard. The removable platter and meat carriage are stainless steel.

BIRO's Model 44 18" Meat Saw is a  heavy duty workhorse for portion cutting or breaking.  It has a heavy duty welded stainless steel unitized body and is manufactured to withstand heavy use. The all stainless steel head structure provides good sanitation qualities. Large 18" blade wheels give cutting clearances and allow large working surfaces.
